The global construction industry is undergoing a structural transition toward decarbonization, structural resilience, and architectural minimalism. High-quality aluminum window designs have moved to the center of this shift. Aluminum profiles, notably alloys like 6063-T5 and 6063-T6, offer structural load capacities far exceeding wood or vinyl (UPVC), making them indispensable for high-wind-load environments and expansive glass facade specifications.
Today's architects prioritize slim sightlines and high-efficiency performance. Aluminum frames provide the perfect structural ratio to support heavy triple-glazed or structural insulated glass units (IGUs) without needing bulky profiles. Beyond design aesthetics, the thermal performance of aluminum systems has reached new heights due to advanced polyamide thermal break strip technology (PA66-GF25), resolving the traditional thermal conductivity drawback of metal and enabling projects to meet rigorous LEED, BREEAM, and passive house energy requirements.
Founded in 2006, Jiangsu Guoxin Glass Co., Ltd. has established itself as an industry leader, accumulating over two decades of production, R&D, and global supply chain experience. Our state-of-the-art production facility houses multiple advanced production lines, each equipped with cutting-edge technology. This integration allows us to design, extrude, and fabricate comprehensive high-performance aluminum fenestration and glazing systems under one roof.
The primary advantage of sourcing from China lies in the localized supply chain ecosystems, advanced automation, and vertical manufacturing integration. We utilize computerized CNC profile processing lines, precision double-head cutting saws, and automated robotic assembly lines to guarantee tolerances within fractions of a millimeter. By controlling the entire manufacturing workflow—from glass tempering, PVB/SGP lamination, and double/triple-chamber insulation to high-end powder-coating, anodizing, and PVDF-coating of extruded aluminum profiles—we minimize transit steps, drive down raw material waste, and offer unmatched cost-performance metrics on a global scale.

As the world's "largest purple clay pot shaped building", it was awarded the "World's largest Guinness" certificate. The building is 38.8 meters high and mainly made of aluminum and glass, each of which has different shapes and sizes, and the dome is made of artistic stained glass.
Completed in 1989 and renovated in 2005 and 2018, the station integrates thousands of custom laminated safety glass elements to support a waiting area of 18,000 square meters serving over 120,000 daily passengers with maximum structural wind resistance.
At 450 meters (1,480 ft), this landmark stands as one of the world's tallest skyscrapers. The 89-story edifice features retail spaces, a 6-star hotel, and dynamic offices, all enclosed in high-performance triple-insulated glass curtain walls developed in our factories.
A modern architectural masterpiece utilizing advanced predictive daylight algorithms and smart tinted glass arrays that adjust automatically according to daylight conditions to minimize internal energy expenditure.
For thermal and acoustic insulation, this building is equipped with triple-insulated solar control glass. This integrated system features a heat recovery rate of over 80% for the entire project.
A commercial landmark utilizing smart laminated reflective safety glass to combine daylighting, thermal insulation, and aesthetic modern styling into a cohesive brand statement.
Covered in 15,000 square meters of high-performance double-curved reflective glass, this building integrates with its environment, creating connections with the adjacent public park.
The entire facade uses large-format insulated reflective glass, achieving interior illumination while reducing structural energy costs through solar heat gain management.

A professional buyer's reference guide to choosing aluminum alloy grades, glass specifications, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
The selection of the aluminum alloy determines the tensile strength and overall lifespan of the window frame. For structural glazing, we utilize 6063-T5 or 6063-T6 aluminum-silicon-magnesium alloys. T6 temper profiles undergo artificial aging to reach higher yield strengths, ideal for high-rise buildings and storefront systems exposed to high wind loads.
Our modern window designs utilize multi-chamber profiles. These chambers reduce thermal transmission and house custom EPDM gaskets, forming three barrier layers to seal out dust, noise, and rainwater.
Window performance is heavily dependent on the glass. We integrate insulated glass units (IGUs), laminated safety glass, SGP structural glass, and fire-resistant glass into our aluminum frames based on project requirements.
By applying Low-E coatings to the glass surface, we reflect infrared heat while letting natural visible light pass through. In colder climates, double or triple glass configurations filled with dry Argon gas help achieve U-factors below 1.2 W/m²K, which helps lower HVAC heating costs.
Aluminum requires surface treatment to withstand UV radiation and coastal humidity. We offer three primary treatments: powder coating (AAMA 2604/2605 compliant), anodizing, and PVDF liquid coatings.
For coastal developments, we recommend PVDF coatings (Polyvinylidene Fluoride), which offer excellent resistance against salt spray corrosion, acid rain, and chalking, maintaining the design's original color for decades.
Our OEM and ODM engineering capabilities allow us to produce custom aluminum window designs that meet your specific project needs. From slim residential casements to reinforced commercial window walls, we provide start-to-finish support.
We work closely with structural engineers and architects, providing custom extrusion profiles, structural glass analysis, wind load calculations, and comprehensive CAD/BIM model files. This collaborative approach ensures all products deliver reliable thermal performance and structural security upon arrival on site.
